Skills- September 23rd

Skills is an annual conference dedicated to helping develop students' ability to get involved in community building and activism work while bringing students together to learn from and collaborate with each other. This year, we are emphasizing skills for taking action in one's community, in line with our Day of Action this November 8. We have workshops planned for media relations, direct action, and what free education could look like with more fun stuff to be announced.

Any CFS-NS general member is welcome to attend and we will be subsidizing travel and lodging costs for 5 students from each of our locals (so register early!) and supplying free meals and fun gifts for all attendees.
